Waratah tas would have to be one of the coldest places in Australia but rather spectacular covered in snow, the town was built to support the old bishoff tin mine, also as the picture shows its built around the waterfall.

This is Lake Lea located on the Vale of Belvair which is just west of cradle mountain, don’t know a lot about this place as it is the first time we have been there. A bit of a snow blizzard came through when we where there , i reckon the wind gusts where close to 100k which made it bloody cold.
